WHY IS IT RECOMMENDED TO EAT FISH AT LEAST 2 TIMES A WEEK?

The oils contained in fish (in particular certain polyunsaturated fatty acids: omega 3) could have a protective effect against cardiovascular diseases and even certain cancers.
The World Health Organization (WHO) and the French National Nutrition and Health Programme (PNNS) recommend eating fish at least twice a week.
